Update config for "quality-of-life" changes

Comments in init.lua.

(<leader> is backspace usually.)

Disable "q" mappings, set "<leader>q" to use quick-comment.
Set "<leader>f" to use treesitter-fold.
Set "<leader>l" to load lsp-plugins.
